A Cybersecurity, Compliance, and AI Risk Ecosystem Built for Real-World Execution

Mitch is a Cornell-trained electrical engineer whose career spans defense, enterprise IT, financial services, and cybersecurity leadership.

At Texas Instruments Defense Systems, he contributed to the first Global Positioning System receiver for the U.S. Air Force, then led a technical organization of more than 350 people supporting systems from real-time mission simulation hardware to mainframe data centers.

His teams supported classified DoD programs, advanced virtualization long before it became mainstream, and later brought that technical depth into CTO, CIO, and CISO roles in global mortgage services. Today he leads Huttan Holding's technical strategy, compliance architecture, and CISO advisory work.

Ray is a veteran entrepreneur and former U.S. Air Force pilot whose career has combined operational leadership, company building, and technology-risk strategy.

After military service training allied pilots and members of the first class of female military aviators, he founded, operated, and exited ventures across medical, retail, import, nonprofit, and digital marketing markets.

Ray's work included the Austin Children's Cancer Center, an outpatient pediatric oncology clinic built around care for children and their families regardless of ability to pay. He later moved into cybersecurity after recognizing the growing exposure of global IT infrastructure, building the professional network and market strategy that helped form Huttan Risk with Mitch.
